- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the loaf pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. This creates a light, airy base for the bread.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in honey and vegetable oil until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold together with a spatula until just combined. The dough should be slightly sticky but manageable.
- Fold in the chopped nuts and seeds, distributing evenly throughout the dough for added crunch and flavor.
- Divide the dough evenly between the prepared loaf pans, smoothing the tops with the spatula for a uniform appearance.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the loaves from the oven and let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. The crust should be crisp, and the interior moist and tender.
- Slice into thick pieces and serve warm or at room temperature, enjoying the crunchy exterior and soft, nut-studded crumb inside.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle some additional chopped nuts on top before baking.
